What is the Protect Plan?
The Protect Plan helps keep your robot protected after your manufacturer's warranty expires. Available for eligible products that are still covered by their original manufacturer's warranty, Protect provides extended coverage that begins once the manufacturer's warranty ends and continues through the selected plan term. What are the terms of the Protect Plan?
Eligible iRobot products includes a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty. Once that warranty expires, Protect coverage begins and remains active for the term length you selected when purchasing the plan. For complete coverage details and limitations, please review the Terms and Conditions.
How many claims can I make under the Protect Plan?
Each Protect Plan includes coverage for up to two robot replacements for qualifying events during the plan term. See the Terms and Conditions for eligibility requirements and coverage limitations.
Which products are eligible for a Protect Plan?
The Protect Plan is available for select robot models. Robot owners can check their robot eligibility here.
Is the Protect Plan available outside the United States?
At this time, Protect Plans are available only in the United States, the District of Columbia and Canada. Coverage is not currently available in U.S. territories. We continue to evaluate opportunities to expand coverage in the future.
How do I receive my Protect contract ID?
After purchasing a Protect Plan, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your contract ID, coverage dates, plan term, and product details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.
How do I file a claim?
Filing a claim is simple. Visit our Support Center and choose the contact method that works best for you. Our team will guide you through every step of the claim and service process.
Can I cancel my Protect Plan?
Yes. Your Protect Plan can be canceled at any time. Please review the Terms and Conditions for complete cancellation and refund details.
